Angel Basha's Obituary
Angel Basha, age 75 was born on January 16, 1949, in Lafayette, Indiana and passed away on September 11, 2025. Angel is survived by her daughter, Tabby.
Angel earned her master's degree in nursing while studying in Calcutta and then later, earning a doctorate of psychology in Germany. She retired from the State of Indiana where she worked as a corrections officer and retired again as an emergency room nurse. She enjoyed volunteering her time to help others in the community in food pantries and soup kitchens. Angel had a love for animals, especially her dog Kati, who she's excited to be reunited with again.
According to her wishes cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life Gathering will be held in the spring of 2026. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made in her name to the Community Action House's Community Kitchen, 739 Paw Paw Drive, Holland, Michigan 49423 or to the Holland Humane Society, 14345 Bagley Street, West Olive, Michigan 49460 or harborhumane,.org/donate
