Billie R. Kemp's Obituary
Billie R. Kemp age 82 was born in Fayette, Alabama on August 22, 1936 to the late Whitman and Willie Mae (Culp) Walker and passed away on August 5, 2019. Along with her parents, Billie was preceded in death by a son Robert Kemp. Survivors include, four children, Phyllis "Vicki" Garner, Michael W. Kemp, Pamela E. Kemp, and Gregory P. Kemp; several grand and great-grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held at Shoreline Memorial Services Chapel, in Muskegon, on Monday, August 12, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service from 12:00 noon until 1:00 p.m.
