Carol June Hanson's Obituary
Carol June Hanson, was born on February 29, 1940, she passed from this world into theglorious Kingdom of Heaven on February 12, 2025. Carol was a woman of faith and includedher Lord in everything she did and encouraged her family and friends to do the same. Sheworked as a teacher's aide for many years before retiring, she worked with young childrenwhom she adored in Montague and Phoenix where she lived some of her best years with herhusband and friends.
She was preceded in death by her beloved parents: Walter and Luella Kieft (Martin) ofNorth Muskegon; her brother-in-law Eddy Eriksen of Wyoming, Michigan; and her husband RobertHanson of Montague, Michigan and Phoenix, Arizonia. She is survived by her siblings: Martin (Sharon) Kieft,Kathleen Eriksen, and Dennis (Rebecca) Kieft, and their numerous children and grandchildren; her son, Tim (Shelley) Hanson of Montague, and his children Tim (Spencer) and Lucas, and herdaughter, Debra (Bill) Uithoven of Whitehall, and her children Hannah (Zac) Harris and NoahUithoven, and Carol's first great-grandson. Carol will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Per her wishes, cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will take place March8th, 2025 at St James Lutheran Church, 8945 Stebbins Street, Montague, Michigan 49437 Visitation at 10:00a.m., followed by the service at 11:00 a.m.
