Carolyn Jean Pothoff, age 71 was born on November 19, 1954, in Durant, Oklahoma to the late Ollie and Deritha (Gilmore) Wilson and passed away at home on June 9, 2026. Carolyn is survived by her husband of over 50 years, Russell Pothoff; children, Tina (Eric) Casebere, James (Maria) Brown, Sheila (James) Wilkinson; several grand and great-grandchildren; two siblings, James, Patricia, Connie, Crystal and Misty. Carolyn was very proud of her Native American ancestry.
According to her wishes cremation has taken place and no services will be held. Arrangements by Shoreline Memorial Services, Muskegon Chapel, (231)-722-5050
