Charles C. "Chuck" Cramblet's Obituary
Charles C. "Chuck"? Cramblet Jr., a hardworking and loving husband, father, and grandfather, was born in Muskegon on November 21, 1934 to the late Charles K. and Norine E. (Anderson) Cramblet and passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, June 26, 2016. Chuck is survived by his wife of nearly 60 years, Rhoda M. (Shafer) Cramblet; eight children, Richard (Nancy) Cramblet, Craig (Pam) Cramblet, Ronald (Aleshia) Cramblet, Michele (Neil) Hunter, Susan (Jon) DeJong, Jalayne (Darrell) Ellis, Michael (Michelle) Cramblet, Angela (Britt) Baldwin; 25 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; siblings, Millie Kramer, David (Lois) Cramblet, and Kay (James) Franks; many nieces and nephews. Along with his parents, Chuck was preceded in death by his brother, Joel Cramblet; sister Sue Arnett; and a grandson, Noah. Chuck retired from GTE, was a past member of the Holton School Board. He was always active in the churches he attended. According to his wishes, cremation has taken place. Chuck was a member of Olivet Evangelical Free Church, 6790 Harvey Road in Spring Lake where a Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, June 30, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the Muskegon Rescue Mission or Olivet Evangelical Free Church.
