Christine Elaine Anderson's Obituary
Chris Anderson age 70, was born on October 20, 1951, in Muskegon, Michigan to the late Johnnie C. and Marie A. (Sauers) Polk and passed away on October 14, 2022. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by a brother, Bud Polk. Survivors include her two children, Nick Anderson, and Amy Anderson; grandson, Dylan; ex-husband, Terry Anderson; four siblings, Pat Wade, Viola (Jim) Fielstra, John (Char) Polk, and Jim Polk; several nieces and nephew.
Chris was retired from the North Muskegon Meijer after many years of service. She was everyone's "favorite" aunt who especially enjoyed knitting baby blankets. Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life Gathering will be held at St. Gregory Episcopal Church, 1200 Seminole Road, Norton Shores on Saturday, December 3, 2022, from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be directed to the family in care of her son Nick Anderson.
