Cynthia M. "Cindy" Plummer age 68 of Muskegon was born in Muskegon, Michigan on May 25, 1952. Cindy is survived by her husband of nearly 20 years, David Lee Plummer; step father, Miguel Quintero Sr.; children, Andrew C. (Cathy) Raffaele and Raquel (Mathew Ronning) Raffaele; grandchildren, Chantley, Amanda, Katie, Kenneth, Jessica, Jonathan, Andrew, Arriana, Brandon, and Cody; nine great-grandchildren, Kiyren, Keaton, Kilian, Isaias, Ylianna, Alexis, Ezren, Rosalie, Kyro; five siblings, Miguel (Nancy) Quintero, Angie (Lee) Kies, Amanda (Tim) Blake, Rosa (Joel) Mello, Rick (Shelly) Quintero; sister-in-law, Tina Thompson; several nieces and nephews along with her canine companion, Buddy. Cindy was preceded in death by her father, James Thompson, mother, Maria Quintero; two siblings, Sheri L. Eller, and James U. Thompson. Cindy enjoyed sewing leather goods and products. According to her wishes cremation has taken place and a private Celebration of Life Gathering will be held.
