Darleen K. Schalk's Obituary
Darleen K. Schalk age 79 was born in Muskegon, Michigan on June 9. 1943 to the late Jack and Katherine Rasey and passed away surrounded by her girls, on July 7, 2022. Darleen was preceded in death by her husband of nearly 44 years, Richard L. Schalk in January of 2022. Her brother, Robert Peterson passed away in 2006. Survivors include seven children, Kristy (Doug) Williams, Tammy Hutson, Brenda (Tim) Malotke, Tom (Barb Palmer) Schalk, Eileen (John) Schrader, Terri (Larry) Williamson, Kim (Ron) Miklosovic; numerous grand and great-grandchildren; including, Krystal (Jason) McClure, Tim (Jaitey) Malotke, Marissa (David) Schaner; siblings, Jack (Jane) Rasey, and James (Kathi) Peterson.
Darleen loved music, especially Elvis Presley, and enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. According to her wishes cremation has taken place and a private family gathering will be held. Memorial contributions may be directed to the Interim Hospice.
