Dennis Paul Appel's Obituary
Dennis Paul Appel, "Den Boy"?, age 59 was born in Muskegon on November 23, 1957 to the late Paul and Ardys Appel and passed away on July 23, 2017. Dennis is survived by two brothers, his twin, Terry Appel and Randal Appel; sister, Shari (Jonathan) DeCou; two half-sisters, Nancy Woodruff and Paula Gilbert. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by a half-brother, John C. Appel. Dennis worked at Applebee's for over 20 years. He was an avid Detroit sports fan for the Lions and Tigers. Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life Gathering will be held on Saturday, July 29, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at the Sheridan Drive Baptist Church, 84 South Sheridan Drive, Muskegon. Visitation with the family will be held one hour prior to the service from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. also at the church. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be directed to Sheridan Drive Baptist Church.
