Dianne Buck's Obituary
(Judy) Dianne Buck was born in Paragould, Arkansas on February 12, 1948, to the late Morris and Mrytle Tennison, was welcomed home February 12, 2026, on her 78th birthday surrounded with love. She lived most of her life in Muskegon and Grand Rapids, Michigan. Along with her parents Dianne was preceded in death by her son, William Donald Buck, a brother, Donald M, Tennison and a sister, Brenda K. Tennison, husbands, William L. Buck and Gary D. Wheeler.
She is survived by her longtime companion Thomas J. Serio, children, Steven Buck, Krishlynn Buck, Ryan Buck, Shanna Buck and Angela Harris, Thomas A. Serio; grandson, Rowan J. Buck; Grandchildren Davis, Aron, Domenic, Brielle and Makayla, nephews Edward Tennsion, Dean Tennison and Donald McGraw; special friends, Brenda Goryl, Vicki Anderson, Carol Bordeau and many more.
Her biggest and best accomplishment in her life, she felt, was her love for her children, and 40+ foster children. She understood the true meaning of family and impressed that upon all the children she cared for.
In her lifetime she was an active member of Harbor of Grace Lutheran Church (formerly Our Saviors Lutheran Church), current member and past president of the Greater Muskegon Woman’s Club, member of the Shoreline Victorian Ladies Society, and was involved with the Nims Neighborhood Association. She had volunteered at Every Woman’s Place on the crisis line, she was always ready to help others.
According to her wishes cremation has taken place and a Memorial Service will be held at Harbor of Grace Lutheran Church, located at 11132 W. Southern Avenue in Muskegon on March 7th, 2026, at 12:30 pm. A Celebration of Life Luncheon will follow the service. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be directed to Arbor Circle.
Interment will be with her son Billy in Oakwood Cemetery at a later date.
