Dixon L. Moore's Obituary
Dixon Lee Moore, age 33, passed away on Saturday, August 26, 2023. Dixon is survived by his mother, Tammy Gaultney; grandmothers, Sherry Buntin and Paula; brothers, Dominick (Kate) Sikkenga and Devin Overla; uncles, Bryan Turk and Kyle (Sherri) Gaultney; aunt, Bobbie Ellis (Wes); many cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Edward Gaultney.
Dixon was very kindhearted and loved spending time with family and friends. He served in the U.S. Army and National Guard.
Because of Dixon's selfless act as an organ donor, four people have a chance at life with his life saving organs.
The family would like to say a special thank you to Amy Milnor and the ICU doctors and staff at Trinity Health Muskegon Hospital.
A Memorial gathering in remembrance of Dixon will take place next Spring. Memorial contributions can be made to the Gift of Life.
