Donald Wayne Byrd's Obituary
Donald Wayne Byrd, age 62, was born on December 18, 1956 in Berea, Kentucky and passed away on January 25, 2019. Donald is survived by his parents, Nancy Kalfsbeek and Charles Byrd; his significant other, Debra Abbott; three children, Edward Simonie, Andrea Larsen and David Hutson; grandchildren, Sophia, David, Silas, Aydan, Trevor and Alize; siblings, Char Parker, James Byrd, Jennie Hull, Ruth Anne Meenach, and Bill Byrd. According to his wishes, Donald has made an anatomical gift to the University of Michigan Medical School to help study and conquer cancer. Memorial Services will be held at Shoreline Church of Christ on Saturday, February 23, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. Memorial contributions may be directed to the American Cancer Society.
