Donald Wayne Westbrook's Obituary
Donald W. "Don"? Westbrook was born on April 18, 1953 to the late Cyril Westbrook and Mary Lou (Gibson) Roach in Fremont and passed away on July 25, 2015 at the age of 62. Don is survived by his wife Carla; brother, Charles (Linda) Westbrook; sisters, Patricia (Darrell) Carney and Kathy (Steven) Allsop; mother-in-law, Donna Hardy; brother-in-law, Charlie (Virginia) Hardy, sister-in-law, Gayle Levandowski. Don's family would like to extend a special thank you to John McDaniel. Along with his parents, Don was preceded in death by four sisters, Peggy Westbrook, Connie Carlson, Lori Schaalma, Shelly Basch and a brother-in-law, Jeff Levandowski. Don was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing, Detroit sports, including the Tigers and Lions along with playing the guitar. According to his wishes cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life Gathering will be held on Wednesday, July 29, 2015 from 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. at the VFW Post #7729 located at 6285 E. Apple Ave. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be directed to Harbor Hospice.
