Earl Follett's Obituary
Vernard "Earl" Follett, age 68, passed away on Tuesday, December 12, 2017. He was born in Muskegon, MI on March 24, 1949 to Lester and Ethel Follett. Earl is survived by his wife of 48 years, Darlene Kurant Follett; 2 daughters, Tobi Follett of Muskegon and Ashley Follett of Venice, FL; 4 grandchildren, Christopher Nobile, Summer Follett, Cohen and Parker Vickers; 4 great-grandchildren, Lydia Nobile, Jesse James Follett, Arian Daniell and Abigail Nobile; siblings, Gary (Marcia) Follett, Ricky (Marge) Follett, Ronnie (Chris) Follett, Jody Follett and Rodney Follett; many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Kurt and Greg Follett; sister, Vicki Follett. Earl was a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War. He had retired from Sarasota National Golf Course in Venice, FL where he had worked as a Golf Club Ranger. Earl was an avid golfer, fisher and hunter and member of VFW Post 3195. There will not be a service. A Celebration of Earl's Life will be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers please send memorial contributions to Harbor Hospice of Muskegon, MI.
