Frances H. Carlson's Obituary
Our beloved mother, Frances Helene Carlson (Marek) peacefully passed away March 7, 2026, surrounded by her daughters. Frances was born on January 18,1943 to Leonard and Rose Naruszkiewicz in Muskegon, MI.
Frances graduated from Muskegon Catholic Central in 1961. She worked for the State of Michigan and retired in 1998 after 23 years of service. Her greatest joy and dedication in her life was to her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Christmas was her favorite holiday as she enjoyed cooking for her family. She will be greatly missed.
She is survived by her four daughters; Laurie (Rick) Rogalla, Anne (Jim) Quinn, Michelle (Larry) Mortenson and Kimberly (Eric) Anderson, her grandchildren; Jeff, Richard (Alexis), Chelsea, Eric (Kara), Daniel, Katie, Brandon and Heather and her great-grandchildren; Jackson, Kiley, Areia, Max, Kameron, Kruz, Macie, Finnian, Milly and Tommy. She is also survived by her sister; Jean Buckmaster and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother; Thomas Naruszkiewicz.
A private service and burial will be held by the immediate family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to Heaven Can Wait, Muskegon MI.
