Frances Jean Sheffer, age 72 was born on October 28, 1944 and passed away at home on April 23, 2017. Frances was preceded in death by a daughter, Rebecca Sheffer and a granddaughter, Lindsey Sheffer. Frances is survived by her husband of 44 years, William D. Sheffer; children, William (Jonnel) Sheffer II, Scott Storm, Shawn Storm, Denise Sheffer, Lori (Daria) Sheffer; several grand and great-grandchildren; her sister, Joyce (John) Lysiak; and sister-in-law, Marlene Wilks. According to her wishes cremation has taken place and a private family service will be held.
