Gary K. Shields' Obituary
Gary K. Shields age 61 was born on January 24, 1962, and passed away after a brief illness, in Muskegon on May 14, 2023. Gary was preceded in death by his parents, Francis J. Shields and Patricia M. Wheeler. Survivors include his siblings, Linda Adamcz, Mari Shields, Sally Shields, Colleen (Dalton) Crossno, Paul Shields, and several nieces and nephews.
Gary graduated from Muskegon Catholic Central in 1980 and CMU with a degree in Finance and during his career he worked for Tridair Products, Fansteel Inc., and Clarion Inc., all located in California. He was an avid photographer and enjoyed listening to music. A memorial service for family and friends will be held in the chapel at St. Mary's Cemetery on June 3rd at 11am with luncheon to follow at the home of Dalton and Colleen. Interment will be next to his father. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to HealthWest in Muskegon.
