Gregori Hernandez's Obituary
Gregori Hernandez Sr., age 79, passed away on Monday. December 26, 2016. He was born in San Antonio, TX to Pablo and Bernardo (Contreras) Hernandez. Gregori is survived by his children, Israel (Jeanette) Fuentes, Greg Jr. (Janet) Hernandez, Eduardo (Toni) Hernandez, Stacy Black, Michael (Jackie) Espinoza, Diana Hernandez, Julian (Rachael) Hernandez, Oscar (Jill) Hernandez, Hope (James) Wolffis; step-children, Brenda Espinoza, Julian Jr. (Maria) Espinoza, Carlos Espinoza, Raul (Sherry) Espinoza and John (Pam) Espinoza; 31 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; brother, Jose Hernandez of San Antonio, Tx. He was preceded in death by his wife of 45 years, Petra Hernandez; two children, BJ Hernandez and Rachael Hernandez. Gregori was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War. Gregori was a member of the Latin American Club and the Muskegon and Ludington Moose Lodges. He had volunteered with the Salvation Army and Meals on Wheels. According to his wishes cremation has taken place and a Memorial Gathering will be held on Friday, December 30, 2016 from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm at McGraft Park Building, 2204 Wickham Dr. in Muskegon. Memorial contributions can be directed to the American Heart Association or American Diabetes Association.
