Gregory Allen Gibbs' Obituary
In the early morning of April 21, 2024, Gregory "Greg" Allen Gibbs, passed away peacefully at his homewith his family by his side. Greg was 53 years old, born in Muskegon on July 12, 1970. He was theyoungest son of William and Joyce Gibbs from Montague.
Greg deeply loved his family and was a huge fan of the University of Michigan and Detroit Lions footballteams. He enjoyed playing golf and grilling every weekend. One of his most favorite times was spendingvacations every year in Mackinaw City, enjoying time with his family, sitting on the dock looking out ontoLake Huron watching the ships go by. Greg will be remembered for his quick wit, sense of humor andfrequent sarcasm. Greg worked for Vanguard Fire and Security for 16 plus years.
Greg is proceeded in death by his father, William H. Gibbs. He is survived by his mother, Joyce A. Gibbs;wife Dee Neu, daughter, Darci Raser, grandson, Devin Neu and brother-in-law Owen (Esther) Oswald.Brother Gordon Gibbs, sisters, Deborah (Thomas) Manthei and Rebecca (Gerry) Osborn; several nieces.and nephews, and many dear friends.
A celebration of life will be held at Shoreline Memorial Services Funeral Home, 816 S. Mears Ave, Whitehall, Michigan49461 on Saturday, May 11, 2024, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. A prayer will be officiated by Minister JimWeich at 11:30 a.m. with a luncheon to follow.
