Helen T. Allers' Obituary
Helen T. Allers age 88 was born on January 17, 1930 in Grand Rapids to the late Edward and Alice Klinkner and passed away on March 8, 2018. Helen was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, John Allers. She is survived by four daughters, Pat Harris, Jean (Dan) Bunker, Pam (Charles) Draper, Deb Jordan; son, James Beaton; 12 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; brother, Richard Klinkner; sister, Marianne (Tom) DeGraaf. Along with her parents and husband, Helen was preceded in death by a daughter, Alice; 3 grandchildren; a brother and 2 sisters. Helen was retired from St. Mary's Health System, she loved playing Bridge and BINGO. According to her wishes cremation has taken place. Helen was a longtime member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 150 E. Summit Ave. Muskegon Heights, Michigan where a Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, March 13, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Inurnment will be in Resurrection Cemetery in Grand Rapids, next to her husband John. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be directed to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
