James Anthony Marsh's Obituary
James Anthony Marsh, age 84, was born on September 1, 1941, in Grand Haven, Michigan to the late William and June (Jarvis) Marsh and passed away at home under the loving care of his family on September 28, 2025. Along with his parents James was preceded in death by his wife of nearly 60 years, Roberta Marsh, and a grandson, Michael. Survivors include his four children, Bart Marsh, Jami Wilbur, William Marsh, and Tony Marsh; seven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; a brother, William David Marsh; two sisters, Sally Jean Green-Hayward and Linda Miller; several nieces and nephews; and his K-9 companion, Gunner.
James was a veteran of the Michigan National Guard. He was a retired welder who enjoyed traveling with his family around the State of Michigan. Jim was a longtime member of the Lithuanian Club. According to his wishes cremation has taken place and a private family gathering was held. James will be interred next his wife Roberta in Oakwood Cemetery.
