Not a minute goes by that I dont miss you. I miss our goofy trips to yard sales, fishing (in the rain, and hiding in the boathouse), trips to town, just laughing at stupid stuff, and watching those silly LMN movies that you just had to see them through, even though they were stupid sometimes. What I wont miss is the pain and suffering that you endured while fighting like a warrior. Life just wont be the same without you but know thisyou will forever be in my heart. It was an honor to have you as my sister-in-law, just not nearly long enough. Fly high angel, please look out for us. I feel better knowing youre on our side. I love you Jeanette.
Jeanette, what can I say. I miss you so damn much. Your attitude and wit were something else! I really grew to love you auntie. The cottage wont be the same, but I promise you this lady, your family loves you, we will never forget you. Itll be so hard to sit on the deck without you. We will laugh and find happiness. I know youll always look down on us and be with us. Missing your voice and laughter is what tears me up. I grew to love you and Im pretty sure I grew on you too. Its not really hitting me because Im not at the cottage and everything since the day you passed has only been online for me to see. I made the tribute video in your memory and play the song from the video at least once a day. You are loved and will be missed by all of us. Im not good with words and such when it comes to these things because I havent had to deal with it as often as people normally do. We do love you and love Uncle Larry and things just wont be the same with you gone. 🙁
Back in 1982 we both stood in the rain waiting on the school bus to start our new journey in life together at Pattengale junior high. We were so scared not knowing a soul you introduced yourself as i did to you and thats were are story begins. We hit it off so good that it was hard for our parents to separate us. You become my bestfriend. So many times we comforted each other during our teenage years. Your family become my secound family as mine did for you. I know we put our parents threw some hell growing up but i would like to think you were the ying to my yang. Ever since i met you youve always had a fasination and love for animals of all kinds. I must admit some of them grossed me out (spiders) yuck but there was not a animal breed that you didnt love. There was never any doubt in my mind ever of your loving nature not only to the animal kingdom but for me. One of my foundest memories is how we would go up to your dads job dressed all crazy as he put it and he would always try to act mad at us for wearing our crazy 80s get ups but he always would smile. As the years past you were always there no matter what. I remember going to your grandpas house and riding in his helicopter with you. I seen you get married and shortly after i can remember the excitement in your voice when telling me that you were gonna have a baby. Hell we were so inseparable we wven worked together a few times. I could write a book about you as I am sure you could me. I will forever love you girl and i will miss you until we meet again. I can only imagine what crazy animal you will have then. I dont believe in good byes so i will tell you i will see you again. Please say hello to my mom n your dad in heaven and give them both a big hug. I love you
I will always remember her as one of my favorite patients at our office. Her fight with cancer was inspirational and heroic , and showed just how much she truly loved her life. May your family find the peace and comfort you need in the days to come.
