Jeannine M. Faatz's Obituary
Jeannine Marie Faatz passed away peacefully on March 5th, 2025, at the age of 79, reuniting with her beloved husband, Jack Faatz, who preceded her in death.
Born on April 14, 1945, in Warwick, RI, Jeannine was a woman of quiet strength, deep faith, and independence. She pursued a variety of careers throughout her life, working in a book bindery, as a legal secretary, a truck driver, and dedicating time to volunteering with her church, where she found great spiritual fulfillment. Her Christian faith was a guiding force in her life, and she cherished studying the Bible.
Jeannine was the mother of Michelle Lynn (Karl Hernandez), Anne Drost (Peter Drost), Greg Lynn, and Jeff Lynn (Jennifer Lynn). She was also grandmother to Justin Hernandez, Michaela Hernandez, Evan Lynn, Rhianna Lynn, Allie Drost, Emily Drost, Josiah Lynn, and Shiloh Lynn.
While she valued solitude and time spent in quiet reflection, puzzles, or reading, she also couldn't resist a gathering of friends and family for spirited conversation, games, movies or singing hymns around the keyboard.
For those that got to enjoy her company, Jeannine's spirit left a lasting impact. She will be remembered for her kindness, independence, and steadfast faith.
A celebration of her life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Love in Action in her honor.
