Jeffery Allan Huizenga's Obituary
Jeffery Allan Huizenga, age 62, passed away on Friday, December 3, 2021. He was born in Muskegon on April 25, 1959, to Floyd and Marjorie Huizenga. He is survived by his mother, Marjorie Huizenga of Muskegon; 4 brothers, Thomas of Muskegon, Joseph of Wellston, MI, Steven of Nunica, and Randall Huizenga of Muskegon; many nieces and nephews that he loved dearly. He was preceded in death by his father, Floyd; grandparents, Edgar and Evelyn Helm, and Cornelius Neal and Dorothy Huizenga; nephew, Jonathan Huizenga. Jeffery was a U.S. Army veteran. He was self-employed and known as the 'floor man' for his abilities installing, restoring, and refinishing hardwood floors. He had a tremendous work ethic and took great pride in whatever he did. Jeffery was an avid fisher and hunter, enjoying those pursuits with his family.
A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, December 10, 2021, at 11:00 AM at Wolf Lake United Methodist Church, 378 Vista Terrace in Muskegon. Visitation will be held one hour prior to service time at the church. Burial will be at Egelston Cemetery.
