John K. Weller's Obituary
John Kenneth Weller of Muskegon Heights, age 73, passed away unexpectedly at Spectrum/Butterworth Hospital on Tuesday, April 6 from heart failure.
He was born in Muskegon on June 10, 1947 to Louis and Anne Weller. John was a lifelong resident of the Muskegon area where he attended Hile and Mona Shores schools. He was a graduate of Yamaha Marine Technical Training and was a gifted mechanic. He worked for area marinas and the family business.
He loved fishing and cruising Lake Michigan aboard his "Wella".
Another love was his Pitbull Dede. She was his guard dog and challenge!
He is survived by his sister, Mary Ann Willoughby of Spring Lake and brother, Carl Weller; nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents; sister, Ann Siedenstrang; half-brother, Louis Weller Jr.; brothers-in-law, Jerome Willoughby and Joseph Siedenstrang and sister-in-law, Millie Weller.
Per John's wishes, no service will be held, and cremation has taken place. Arrangements entrusted to Shoreline Memorial Services of Muskegon.
