Jordan Yeomans- 26 was born March 13,1998 and passed July 18,2024. He was born and raised in West Michigan. Jordan is survived by his mother, Colleen Yeomans; sisters, Desirae and Brittany Yeomans; family members, Chad (Kelsey) and son Rawlin Yeomans, Heather (Mickey) and sons, Kolin, Kayden, and Tyler Chahorski. Steve (Marta) Bollin, girlfriend KarLee Larabee and family, Derek Latimer and family. In addition to many other family and friends.
Jordan was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping, skateboarding and dirt biking. His wishes of cremation are taking place and visitation will be held at Shoreline Memorial Services 137 E. Laketon Ave. on Thursday, July 25, 2024, from 4:00--5:30 pm. Followed by celebration of life gathering at Wesley Ave. Park, located at 2305 Marquette Ave. Starting at 6:00 p.m. Memorial contributions directed to Michigan Outdoor Wishmakers, 11059 Staton Street, West Olive, Michigan 49460
