Judie L. Kooyers' Obituary
Judie L. Kooyers, of Whitehall, age 75, went to be with the Lord, Sunday, December 22, 2019 with her family by her side. She was born to Alex and Henrietta (Harjer) Bell, in Muskegon, on March 10, 1944. Judie graduated from Muskegon High School in 1962. Shortly after, she married Jack Kooyers on June 14, 1963, at the time of his passing they had been happily married nearly 50 years. Judie worked at Visiting Nurses for 26 years before retiring. She was an exceptional cook and enjoyed having her family over for Sunday dinners. Judie loved bird watching, recipes, and spending time with her grandchildren. She was preceeded in death by her husband; her parents; her brothers, Robert Bell and Thomas Bell; and her in-laws, Henry and Mildred Kooyers. Family survivors include a son, Jeff Kooyers; a daughter, Janelle Kooyers; a granddaughter Janae Kooyers; a grandson, Jeyrden Kooyers; and a sister, Denise (Don) Darke. She will be laid to rest with her husband in Sunrise Memorial Gardens. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, January 4, 2020 at Lakeside Eagles,
