Judy Whisler's Obituary
Judy Ann Whisler, age 78 was born on March 30, 1944, in Battle Creek, Michigan and passed away at Trinity Health Hospital in Muskegon on May 17, 2022. She was preceded in death by her husband of 17 years, Wayne Whisler; parents, Harold Okey Woodruff, and Linnie Hazel Bourdo; brother, Larry Krem and sister, Janet Donaldson. Survivors include her children, Mark Lee of Charlotte, Michigan, Derek (Laura) Lee of Muskegon, Michigan, Lisa (Robert) Huckfeldt of Albion, Michigan, Lanette Lee, of Ormond Beach, Florida, and Donald (Robin) Lee of Holt, Michigan; grandchildren, Derek Jr., Jamie, Bryan, Darcha, Dustin, Nicole, Cydney, Becky, Joshua, Abigail, and Donald Jr.; 16 great-grandchildren; siblings, Ardath Powell, Dianna Clouse, Cinda Wilson, Brenda Jones, Dan Bourdo.
Judy was a member of the Women's Auxiliary, VFW Post 1355 in Sturgis, Michigan, and worked for Promedica of Toledo, Ohio.
According to her wishes, cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life Gathering will be held from 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 18, 2022, at the Augusta Custer VFW Post #7956 located at 13540 M 96 , Augusta, Michigan 49012. Judy will be interred next to her husband Wayne in Fort Custer National Cemetery, Augusta, Michigan.
