Karen was one of the most authentic people I have ever met, and I am so very sorry to hear she has passed. We became friends after we met during the sale of her brother's house in Douglas and then I worked with her selling her home on the river and buying the condo in Norton Shores. All I can say is that I loved her--I especially loved her honesty and kind heart. She was a true friend to me and I hope she knew how much I valued that friendship. We didn't talk every day or even every month, but whenever we did, she always said "I love you" before we parted ways. I love you, too, Karen. Rest easy, my friend, you made the world a better place.
