Kevin John Powlenko's Obituary
Kevin John Powlenko was born in Muskegon on February 19, 1967 and passed away on May 26, 2016. Kevin is survived by his wife of nearly 25 years, Kasandra; two children, Austin and Karlee; his mother, Pat Powlenko; brother, Mark (Amy) Powlenko; mother-in-law, Faye (Bud) Johnson; several aunts, uncle, cousins, nieces and nephews along with his K-9 companions, Kookie and Ducky. He was preceded in death by his father, Fred Powlenko and uncle, Ed Powlenko. Kevin was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed both fishing and disc golf. He worked for Auto Value and Muskegon Brake. He was a longtime member of Lakes Community Church of the Nazarene located at Evanston and Mill Iron where a Celebration of Life Service will be held on Tuesday, May 31, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. A Memorial Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 29, 2016, also at the church, from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be directed to the family.
