Larry Charles Ransom's Obituary
Larry C. Ransom age 79 was born on May 24, 1944, in Ravenna, Michigan to the late Stanley and Evelyn Ransom and passed away at home with his wife by his side, on February 10, 2024. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by four brothers, Bernard, Vernon, Alvin, and Wayne: brothers-in-law, Dennis Stidam, and Jim Newville. Larry is survived by his wife of 58 years, Cherie Ransom; daughter, Doniel (Travus) Burton; grandchildren, Tara (Luke) Henderson, Holly Pummell, Ryan Pummell; siblings, Penny (Larry) Chaney, Cindy Stidham; sisters-in-law, JoAnn Ransom, Lyn Ransom, and Chris Ransom; many nieces and nephews.
He retired from Dynatorque. According to his wishes cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life Gathering will be held at Wolf Lake Methodist Church, 378 Vista Terrace, Muskegon, Michigan on Saturday, February 17, 2024, from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be directed to the family, in care of Cherie, for donations to the wishes of the family.
