Laura Darlene "Dar" Eastling's Obituary
Laura Darlene "Dar" Eastling was born on September 29, 1935 in Muskegon, Michigan to the late Darrel and Pearl King and passed away on August 3, 2018 surrounded by her children. Along with her parents Dar was preceded in death by her daughter, Robin (Cox) Warren; two brothers, and a sister. She is survived by a son Steven (Pam) Cox; daughters, Vicki (Bruce) Wikman, Ruth (Carl) Schembri, Missy (Dean) Barnhard; six grandchildren seven great grandchildren, and six sisters. Dar lived in the Muskegon area most of her life and worked in the Muskegon, Grand Haven area until her retirement. She was an avid bowler, golfer and member of the Fraternal Order Of Eagles, Aerie #3666, Fruitport Chapter where she was past president of the Womens Auxiliary as well as active in the Red Cross Blood Drives. She enjoyed camping, traveling, yard sales and trips to the casino. Dar was full of life, loved spending time with her family and friends and will be deeply missed by all. Celebration of Life Luncheon will be held at the home of Lacey and Tim Koens located at 3091 Meyers Drive, Muskegon, Michigan 49442, on Saturday, August 11, 2018 from 12 noon until 4:00 p.m.
