Lela M. Zydor's Obituary
Lela Marie Zydor, age 86 and formerly of Rockford, Michigan, passed away on Saturday, April 4, 2026. She was born in Lake City, Michigan on January 10, 1940, to Elmer and Jeanette Plummer. Lela is survived by her 3 children, Lucinda Wyckoff of Oklahoma, Janet Boughton of Hesperia and Mary Cheek of Muskegon; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; good friend, Donna Eyestone of Muskegon; many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Richard Zydor; daughter, Linda Lou Yeakey and a son, David Colbath.
Lela was a longtime resident of Bay View Towers in Muskegon where she enjoyed playing BINGO with the residents.
According to her wishes, cremation has taken place and no services are scheduled at this time. Burial will be held at Blythefield Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Rockford, Michigan.
