Leo Simon Schwartz's Obituary
Leo Simon Schwartz, age 70 was born on December 3, 1950 in Detroit, Michigan to the late Leon J. and Josephine (Zelazny) Schwartz and passed away on March 2, 2021. Along with his parents Leo was preceded in death by his sister, Jocelyn Schwartz. Leo is survived by his brother, Paul (Mary) Schwartz; niece, Emily Schwartz; nephew, Michael Schwartz; grand-nephew, Niklas Schwartz; cousin and best friend, Joseph Zelazny; goddaughter, Jan Zelazny; cousins, Cheri Carrico, Teresa Gallo, and the late Clayton Carrico. Leo loved his flowers and enjoyed working in his garden. According to his wishes cremation has taken place and a Mass of Christian Burial will be held at a later date. Interment will be with his family in Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Detroit, Michigan.
