Luann M. Hallberg's Obituary
Luann Marie Hallberg, age 63, passed away peacefully at home, on Saturday, December 15, 2018. She was born in Muskegon on May 22, 1955 to Stanley and Charmaine Soful. Luann is survived by her two daughters, Sara Hallberg of Muskegon and Mary Hallberg (Heath Eckles) of Muskegon; two grandchildren, Joseph Hallberg and Charmaine "Charlie" Eckles; three sisters, Debbie (Jeff) Carroll, Denise (Rick) Jackowski and Mary Wells, all of Muskegon; many nieces and nephews; special friend, Cheryl Ries and faithful dog, Maggie. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Louie Soful; ex-husband, John Hallberg; brother-in-law, Wesley Wells; nephew, Justin Jackowski; goddaughter, Stephanie Ries. Luann had retired from the M.O.K.A. Corp. She was an avid Tigers fan and enjoyed her Thursday night bowling league. Luann volunteered at VFW Post 3195. She had a special fondness and place in her heart for her beloved grandchildren. Memorial contributions can be made to the family.
