Margaret Gunther's Obituary
Margaret “Margie” Gunther, age 95 was born on August 30, 1930, in Muskegon, Michigan to the late, Clifford and Luella Reed, and passed away on Monday, February 23, 2026. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by three daughters, Sherry, Pamela, and Victoria: a granddaughter, Kimmy Sue and grandson, Quinn. Survivors include three children, Maryann, Lois, and Jimmy Jr.; numerous grand and great-grandchildren; three sisters, Carolyn, Lois, and Patsy.
Margie worked for several Muskegon area restaurants and was a longtime member of Lakeside Baptist Church where she volunteered in the clothing pantry. She also enjoyed spending time with the ladies in the Red Hat club and on the weekends was an avid Nascar fan who loved supporting #9 Chase Elliott.
According to her wishes cremation has taken place. She will be interred next to her parents in Sunrise Memorial Gardens.
