Margaret Mulder, 98, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, March 26, 2021. She was preceded in death by her parents, Cornelius and Rose Lamper, brother Neil, husband of 54 years, Willis A. "Bill" Mulder and son, James A Mulder Read Obituary
In memory of a beautiful soul.
Mart and I were married out at in a tent at the Barn on October 4, 2014. Of course, we didn't get get the beautiful autumn weather we expected, but the coldest, rainyest downpour imaginable. Anyway, it was difficult to find places last minute to get dressed in our wedding finery after setting up in the rain, and Marge graciously opened up her home to Mart since I had already commandeered one of the bathroom stalls! Then later, when my daughter needed a place to breastfeed her 4-day old newborn (my 1st grandchild!) Marge insisted Sarah use her home. Marge had a heart of gold, and we will miss her terribly.
I will never forget Mum. Heaven has gotten a true angel. I am planting a red delicious apple tree in her memory. She , from 1st day meeting her, treated with kindness and I grew to love her in a very short time and will miss her the rest of my life. Truly.
I loved seeing your smiling face every time I showed up to the barn! I absolutely loved when you came out and danced with us on the dance floor. You brightened my life and I am better because I have known you. You will be missed. My deepest condolences to the family.
Anyone that ever met Marge would love the lady she was. She was such a joy to be around. I'm so glad I had the chance to talk with her at Jack's last gig he did at the farm, and then when she called me a few weeks after. She had the best sense of humor and would always have a smile on her face. If you ever might need something, Marge was the one that would run into her house and see what she had for you to use. Always the best hostess, offering you something to eat or drink, or just sit and chat. I got the pleasure of adopting a dog or 2 to her, and she adored them. I will miss her dearly, but now you can keep an eye on Duane, like you have Jack all these years. You raised a good man in him. My heart goes out to Jack and Melba, and all of the Mulder family.
