Marsha Jo Ake's Obituary
Marsha Jo Ake, age 64 was born in Muskegon, Michigan on March 29, 1955 to the late Joseph M. and Ruth J. (Ferris) Gauthier and passed away on January 5, 2020. Marsha is survived by her husband of nearly 40 years, John Ake; children, Lisa Beckem, Johnny Ake, and Holly (Charles) Binschus; four granddaughters, Desiraye, Dominique, Trinity, and Serenity; siblings, Karen (Dave)Hogan, Sharron (Joe) Hoffman, Dee (Dean) Crane, Michael Rose Kolbe, Kenneth Kathy Kolbe, Janice Kolbe, Bill Ake, Teri (Mark) Williams. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by two sisters, and three brothers. Marsha had 30 years of service at WESCO. She had a love for animals, especially her Siamese cats. Celebration of Life Gathering will be held on Sunday, February 9, 2020, 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. at VFW Post 7729, located at 6285 Apple Avenue.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the Humane Society.
