Mary E. Willea's Obituary
Mary Elizabeth Willea, age 85, passed away on Saturday, January 15, 2022. She was born in Muskegon on November 3, 1936, to Bruce and Jessica Cannon. Mary is survived by her 4 children, Mark (Jane) Willea of Stony Lake, Chris (Suzanne) Willea of Norton Shores, Regina (Leo) Wadkins of Twin Lake and Jonathan "Jon" (LeeAnn) Willea of N. Muskegon; 5 grandchildren, Craig, Brandon, and Matt Willea, Kari McDonnell and Stacy Gould; 9 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandson. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert "Bob" Willea, sister, Patrisha Helm and grandchild, Aaron Willea. Mary had co-owned and operated Lack's Grocery with her husband Bob for over 20 years. She was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church. According to her wishes no services will be held. Burial will take place at St. Mary's Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made to Harbor Hospice.
