Matthew Trulsen's Obituary
Matthew Lyle "Matt" Trulsen age 41 was born on December 18, 1981, and passed away on October 11, 2023. Matt was preceded in death by his father, Lyle Trulsen in 1990; grandparents, Orie and Blanche Whelpley; Leonard and Ruth Trulsen; Stanley Barnhard. Survivors include his mother, Tina (Ted Coffman Sr.) Trulsen; sister, Jennie Trulsen; nephew Erik Lyle Trulsen; several aunts, uncles, and cousins. In his younger years, Matt was active in the Boy Scouts, church, various sports and had a love of music and playing Chess. According to his wishes cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life Service will be held at First Evangelical Lutheran Church, 1206 Whitehall Road, Muskegon, Michigan on Saturday, October 21, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers consider a donation to a local charity in Matt's name.
