Micaela A. Perez's Obituary
Mickey passed away at the age of 92 surrounded by her family on Friday August 26, 2016. Micaela was born August 10th 1924, in Rialitos, TX and came to Michigan in the early 60"s . Micaela was a hard worker throughout her life. She spent many summers working at W.M Bolthouse Farms packaging carrots. On her downtime from being a mother, sister, aunt, grandmother, greatmother and friend to many, she enjoyed playing bingo and watching the Detriot Tigers. Micaela Perez was a dedicated member of St. Thomas Church and was involved with De Colores. Micaela was preceded in death by her two sons Antonio Perez and Vivian Perez as well as, her loving daughter-in-law Cirila Perez. She is survived by Dolores(Alex) Olivarez of Montague MI, Anita(Fidel) Olivarez of Montague MI, Delfina "Josie" Perez of Twin Lake MI, Alifonso Perez of Sulphur Springs TX. She had 13 grandchildren, Criselda Muscato, Angelita Archer, Raquel Garcia, Melinda Garey, Patricia Pierce, Cecilia Gordon, Daniel Olivarez, Faith McGowan, Mateo Perez, Theresa Perez, Mark Perez, Michelle Perez, and Morgan Perez; 22 great grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Thomas Catholic Church on Tuesday, August 30, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. A Rosary Service will begin at 10:00 a.m. followed by visitation until the start of the service at 11:00 a.m.
