Michael Irwin Hardy's Obituary
Michael Irwin Hardy, age 62 was born on July 13, 1961, and passed away on August 23, 2023. Michael was born in Muskegon to the late Hubert and Alice May Hardy. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by a brother-in-law, Jeff Facchini. Survivors include three sisters, his twin sister, Michele Facchini, Thelma (Steve) Drake, and Debra Hardy; stepfather, Robert Jensen several nieces and nephews.
Mike was a free spirit who enjoyed fishing, camping and being outdoors. Mike worked as a carpenter putting in hardwood floors and enjoyed tinkering and fixing mechanical items.
After his passing Mike made an anatomical gift to Gift of Life Michigan. He loved attending City Heart Ministries where he and Pastor Doug Malear shared the same common ground and fellowship. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at that same church Saturday, September 23, 2023, located at 2640 Peck Street. Services will be held at 11:00 a.m.
