Patricia May Pothoff's Obituary
Patricia May (Augustine) Pothoff age 41, was born on October 18, 1975 and passed away at the Fred and Lena Meijer Heart Center on September 23, 2017.
She is survived by her husband of 11 years, Michael Pothoff; children, Jennifer Augustine, Thomas Augustine (Cassandra Lang), Holly Otterstrom, Saralynn Pothoff; mother, Peggy White; siblings, Marie (Pat) Burke, Rachel (Greg) Durham; in-laws, Heidi (Jonathon) Lyell, Rusty (Roberta) Pothoff and Bobbi Pothoff; nieces and nephews, Lance and Zack Burke, Jacob and Nicholas Durham, Jacob, Joshua and Kaylynn Lyell, Chad Pothoff and Chelsie McMillian along with several aunts, uncles and cousins. Patricia was preceded in death by her grandparents, Donald and Dorothy White; Ethan and Agnes Augustine.
Patricia was employed by Dollar Tree. Cremation has taken place.
She was a member of the West Michigan Worship Center, 1430 Hendrick Road, where a Celebration of Life Gathering at will be held on Wednesday October 18, 2017 at 4:00 p.m. with Pastor Robert Johnson officiating, followed by a picnic that continues until 7:00 p.m.
