Paul T. Forner's Obituary
Paul T Forner, age 90, met his Lord on August 23, 2024. Paul was born on August 4, 1934, in Jackson, Michigan to Casper and Marcia Forner. He grew up with his four siblings, Robert, Janet, Joyce and David on their family farm in Jackson. Paul proudly served in the U.S. Navy and after being honorably discharged, he used the GI bill to be schooled in typewriter repair. He started his career working for Hilton Frost and retired from Office Machines in 1999 after working for 41 years.
In 1960 he married his beloved wife, Bonnie Schaub and together they had two children, Pam and Joe. Paul was a man of great faith and loved spending time with his family. He enjoyed golfing, playing cards, riding his bicycle, and tinkering. His life will be remembered as one of love and laughter, and his memory will continue to bring happiness to those he knew.
Paul is survived by his wife Bonnie whom he shared a life with for 63 years; daughter, Pam (Tim) Crouch; son, Joseph (Sherri) Forner; grandchildren, Eric and Jenna Crouch, Kyle and Hannah Forner; great grandson, Jace Crouch; and brother; David Forner.
A funeral mass will be held on Thursday, August 29th at 10:00 a.m. at St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception, 196 W. Webster Avenue in Muskegon, Michigan. Rosary and Visitation will start at 9:00 a.m. with a luncheon to follow mass. Burial with military honors will be held at 1:30 p.m. at St Mary's Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Harbor Hospice or St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception.
