Richard Lee Cummings, age 74, passed away on Sunday, July 1, 2018. He was born in Muskegon on August 18, 1943 to Robert and Mildred Cummings. Richard is survived by his brother, Robert (Kay) Cummings of Muskegon. He was preceded in death by his parents and by a sister, Barbara Cummings.
