Richard M. McGee's Obituary
Richard Monroe McGee was born on July 10,1957 in Rexburg, Idaho and passed away on June 24, 2022. His mother, Delores (Cordell) McGee passed away just three days after Richard on June 27, 2022. Richard was also preceded in death by his sister Sandy, and her husband Russ Dunlap. He is survived by his loving wife Sandy who was by his side during his long courageous battle with cancer; his father Ken (Linda) McGee, brothers, Mike (Linda), Vernon (Cheryl), David, John (Sara), sister Debbie (Steve); several sisters and brothers in law; nieces, nephews and friends.
Richard was an expert in tile setting, leaving behind the beautiful work he did. He also loved to drive his 1998 Corvette, cook, deep-sea fishing and the Detroit Tigers. Richard lived in Seattle and Hawaii where he fell in love 25 years ago to his wife Sandy before settling in Michigan.
According to his wishes cremation has taken place and a memorial gathering will take place at a later date.
