Richard J. Quinn's Obituary
Richard Jerry Quinn, age 79, passed away at home on Saturday, December 16, 2017. He was born in Muskegon on December 14, 1938 to Merle and Edna Quinn.
Richard is survived by his wife of 58 years, Clara; two children, DeAnna Fodrocy of Whitehall and Bryan (Matt Tomanica) Quinn of Ionia, MI; granddaughter, Samantha Fodrocy; three great-grandchildren, Ethan, MaKenna and Braxton; brother, Carl (Linda) Quinn of Muskegon; brother-in-law, James (Carolyn) McClain of Muskegon; many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Dorothy Carnes and Gertrude Townsend; brother-in-law, Dan McClain.
Richard was retired from the automotive industry where he worked as a finance business manager. He was a U.S. Marine Corp veteran. Richard was a loving and supportive family man who always put his family first. He enjoyed snowmobiling, motorcycling, golf and all sports.
Per Richard's request, a Celebration of Life Party is being planned for Saturday, January 13, 2018 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the White Lake VFW Post 3256, 9370 Walsh Rd., in Montague, MI.
