Robert John Treat's Obituary
On January 24, 2022, surrounded by family, loving father and son, Robert J. Treat ("Rob" or "Bobby") went to heaven after losing a heroic battle against disease. Rob was a beloved member of the community who was always willing to lend a helping hand to others. He was one of the kindest people on this earth. He cherished his family; his children were more important to him than anything else in this world and he was so very proud of them. His legacy will be the guidance he provided to his children through his thoughtfulness and caring.
He is survived by his three children, Ariana, John and Mirra Treat, their mother, Nicole Aman, his mother and father, Barb LaRue, and John Treat (Gayle), sister Abbey Touchette (Joseph) grandmother, Marjorie Butler and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his stepfather Rick LaRue and grandparents Doran Butler and Rev. Robert and Mary Treat.
A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held at Shoreline Memorial Services, Whitehall Chapel, 816 S. Mears Ave. Whitehall, Michigan from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 29, 2022.
