Ronald Oudsema's Obituary
Ronald L. Oudsema passed away at the age of 87 on April 12, 2024. Ron was born on February 12, 1937, in Muskegon to the late John and Aleta Oudsema.
Ron worked for American Coil Springs for 44 years, retiring in 1999. He enjoyed coaching, camping, hunting, fishing and bowling. Ron also enjoyed spending time outdoors and manicuring his lawn. Ron loved his family and cherished each memory.
Ron is survived by his wife of 64 wonderful years, Phyllis Oudsema; four children, Doug Oudsema, Deb (Paul) DeNio, Den Oudsema, and Don Oudsema; six grandkids, Tim (Lesley) Adams, Kim (Son) Nguyen, Jon DeNio, Becky DeNio as well as seven great-grandkids, Alyssa, Emilee, Jazmine, Megan, Hunter, Miley, and Asher; sister, Judy Locke and a brother, Wayne (Joyce) Oudsema; several nieces and nephews.
According to his wishes cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life Gathering will be held on Wednesday, April 24, 2024, from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Wolf Lake Methodist Church located at 378 Vista Terrace, Muskegon, Michigan. Interment will be in Egelston Township Cemetery.
