Rose Marie Dereske's Obituary
Rose Marie Dereske was born in Ludington, Michigan on September 11, 1952 to Clyde and Johanna Jolly and passed away on February 4, 2015. Rose is survived by two children, John Morano, III and Sheri Vaughan; grandchildren, Cameron Johnson, Alaina Johnson, and Alexis "Lexi"? Johnson, Brittany Vaughan, Ryan Vaughan, and Rachel Vaughan; along with her mother, Johanna Jolly; sisters, Ginny and Nelly. Rose was preceded in death by her father, Clyde and sister, Nancy. Rose enjoyed puzzles, crossword puzzles, and knitting. She worked at Hackley Hospital in housekeeping and as a receptionist for a carpet cleaning business, as well as being a caretaker at Knollview Nursing Home. Her life was enriched by all of the people she shared friendships and activities with at Jefferson Towers. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held at a later date at Jefferson Towers. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be directed to the family in care of Shoreline Memorial Services.
